Marc Jampole was born in 1950 in New York City. He earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master of Arts from the University of Washington, both in comparative literature. He also conducted independent research at the University of Berlin, Germany, on a Fulbright Fellowship. He has worked professionally as a television news reporter, filmmaker, university instructor, options trader and writer. Marc has published more than 1000 articles in magazines and newspapers across the
nation.
Marc has been published in Mississippi Review, Oxford Review, Janus Head, Ellipsis, Main Street Rag and other journals. Oxford Review nominated one of his poems for The Pushcart Prize. |
